A little more than a month (April-ish) after we had arrived to AZ from UT,
my brother, Kaleo, took the older boys fishing...
he had them practice casting the line in the pool in our parents' back yard...
and when they passed "the Uncle Kaleo test"
the big day to fish had arrived.
I gave Kanalu the camera to capture their memories :)
and here's some of what he came up with...
Oh bother... got you all excited huh?!!! They didn't catch anything... well Kanalu caught his own finger on the hook while casting the line and
Bubba caught a good scolding from Uncle Kaleo for littering.
That cat fish was Uncle Kaleo's catch :)
At least the boys learned a great lesson...
patience...
you won't catch a fish with every good cast...
even if you are using really yummy bait (spam).
